Porcelain Patio Build
The Brief
The client wanted to create a refined outdoor entertaining space within their Bramhall garden, transforming an underutilised area into a structured terrace suitable for relaxing and social gatherings.
With a £35,000 budget, the brief was to design and install a high-end porcelain patio in the back garden, that would complement the property’s architecture, and lay some matching grey block paving along the front.
The aim was to deliver a clean, contemporary terrace using two types of complementary stone, premium porcelain paving and block paving, to create a polished, practical space that enhanced the property’s usability and visual appeal.
Once the sub-base was installed and levels carefully established, the porcelain paving and the blocks were laid with precision to maintain consistent spacing and clean alignment across the terrace.
Each stage of the installation was carefully managed to achieve a seamless finish, ensuring the completed patio and driveway complemented the property while providing long-term durability and performance.
